The Accounting Manager of Revenue Requirements represents PSE on regulatory policy with internal and external parties. He/she manages all regulatory processes, focusing on revenue requirements, financial analysis, regulatory theory and reporting. The individual in this role oversees development of regulatory policy and strategy while also negotiating with customers, agencies and regulators. In this role you will collaborate with leaders from diverse disciplines on strategic regulatory issues and coordinate work load and projects within the department.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, Finance, and/or specific experience in Utility Revenue Requirement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools. Knowledge of SAP.
• In-depth knowledge of the utility industry.
• CPA, MBA, PE or experience in public policy.
